Jim: I am supposed to write about a favorite Chinese poet. But I don’t have one. Do you? Can you help me 　 　choose one for my paper? Li: 　I like lots of Chinese poets. Maybe you should start with a Tang Dynasty poet. Their poems are short and 　 　simple, and fairly easy to understand or translate into English. Jim: Which ones do you recommend? Which ones are the most famous? Li: 　I think you should certainly look at Li Bai. But you should also consider Du Fu. Jim: Which poem or poems should I read first?
