Furthermore, some pharmacy workers are not pharmacists at all but pharmacy technicians. The failure of the pharmacists to check their work sometimes leads to errors. Still, some safety precautions sometimes do not work. And there are not enough effort made to prevent errors. Pharmacy errors have led to serious consequences. Some of the victims lose their lives. Some suffer from permanent illness.
