　The egoistic（自私自利者）are looked down upon.
　The newly appointed manager came up with a plan to increase efficiency.

4. 动词＋名词＋介词，如:
　catch sight of 　　　draw one's attention to
　make an example of 　　　make sense of
　make use of 　　　pay attention to
　take care of
　They will be taken (good) care of.
　This pattern should be paid attention to.
　Attention should be paid to this pattern.
