The clock is made of 106 parts but the egg is just one cell. Yet from the plan we can made the clock, but try as we may, we can't make an egg. We can put together a clock in 21 minutes, because we have the plan. All it takes is the plan. It is a problem of bionics, part biology and part engineering. The plan for the clock exists in the mind of man, while the plan for the same rules we use to put together things like the clock can also be used for life itself. Then it will be possible for us to learn nature's plan and to make life. We know that the instructions for living things are held in genes. What we don't know is how the genes are made. Once we succeed in making man-made genes, we'll be able to build living things like eggs. That is what bionics deals with.
