Division
of the Text |
|
|
( A piece of narration consists
of a setting, details and an ending. In the beginning, things
like time, place and character are often made clear. In the
middle, some details are presented to bring out the main idea
of the narration.
In the end there usually comes the resolution of the conflicts
in the story. So when we try to divide the text, we should take
these three elements into consideration. It enables us to recognize
the organization of the text as well as to grasp the main idea
of each part.
Ok, let’s see how you make the division. ) |
